Shipping & Delivery Costs

We do offer worldwide standard shipping free of charges.

Order Processing

The order processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4  business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders,

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Delivery time

We offer standard delivery.  The estimated shipping times are:
5 to 8 Business days in Europe
8 to 15 Business days for the rest of the world
 

Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Therefore, we recommend that you check with your local customs office as we are unable to calculate these for you. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
